Does anyone have an idea as too how when Mercedes will update the build configurator for the website for 2020? I was able to get the brochure for 2020 options for my dealer. The brochure shows several new options for 2020 models, but has no pricing.

A week ago MB USA told me in a few weeks. I have 2020 Order Guide and if you PM me your email address I will send it to you (it is too large to attach here).

The 2020 order guide that I have does in fact have prices for everything.

I posted the 2020 DOG on here a few weeks ago with the prices in it. Agree - it's annoying that the online one is [still] not done....

Not to get too much a head but I am now debating whether to get a 2021 G550 allocation vice a 2020 one - when will the 2021 Guide be out? I assume it will be several months but I am being told now that if I order now it would arrive in Nov. 2020 and if so, I should probably wait for the 2021 model since those should arrive a month later. Maybe they will update it to include MBUX?

I was actually told by my dealer to expect August/Sep delivery If I order now so I am also waiting until March to place my order for a 2021

It really depends on the allocation I guess. I heard from the closest one to me today and they have a changeable 2020 G550 with a Feb. build and April US delivery, for sticker price, but I want to wait until at least June if I get a 2020 (long story) or Dec. if I decide to get a 2021. If I knew that MBUX was going in the 2021s for sure I would wait but the price will increase no matter what so that is one reason I am debating which to get.

I doubt the MBUX is showing up for another couple of years in the G. Way too quick of a refresh right after the major one they just did.

Yeah, I am not sure what their plans are but the A is getting it albeit just 3 models. I tried it out in a GLE on a test drive and it was nice but not much time to play with it, but it will help the vehicle stay up to date for a long time.

For which country? The US configurator is still MY2019 (I get prompted for a country selection at that URL)

i built it in the Australian market one so i could read it

select a country that you can understand the language

But the build function states "Build Coming Soon".

You are correct, it still says "Build Coming Soon", but if you go to the direct link, it shows 2020 build options. They may still be working on it, so it may be missing some things.
