Once you're high-centered, even Blizzaks and 3 locking diffs won't set you free. Time to fire up the Wrangler with its 12,000 lb. winch or wait 'til Spring. Are the KO2s 3PSF rated?

KO2's are 3 peak snowflake rated!

I've driven a lot of miles in upstate NY, NH, VT, ME, MA during the winter months and snow tires are a must (I've gone through 4 sets of Blizzaks on my other cars), more so than 4wd, but not as important as just driving smart and according to the conditions. Traction boards and recovery gear are also a very good idea.

Thanks for the advice. I was wondering (read: hoping) that I could get away with the KO2s but it sounds like I'll have to wait until the spring to get those. I'm leaning towards the Hakka R3s from what I've read.
