2016 G63 Fabricated Exhaust Question. Has anyone created a bolt on unit from scratch?

Right now, there isn't a straight pipe exhaust available on the market for a G63, at least from what I see online. I'm looking around at some options to fabricate a unit that directly bolts up to the stock mid pipe, but I can't any any vendor or any information around what I can use to rig one up. Just to be clear, I do not want to cut anything or weld anything directly onto the factory midpipe.
1) Does anyone know a vendor that sells MB exhaust flanges? What I am thinking is I can use this to weld a new pipe on, and directly bolt it up to the mid pipe.
2) Has anyone done this before? Any comments or suggestions?
