SO exact same as mine, got my VIN# last week. Apart from that, do you have any estimated time of arrival from your sales guy?

Anyone know a what I should be asking of my sales guy here in Dallas to make sure my build has been successfully submitted and my wagon is in line to be built? I feel like he says one thing but then he changes his explanations weekly.
Some sales people are useless. I guess it's not as exciting for the sales person as the person who will be
taking possession however if you factor in this vehicle's price, you'd think they'd be a little more responsive
to the client dishing out the $. All I keep being told is "updates to the system have been slow". I call fake story.

My build was planned for late May and it was recently moved to late June so I suspect yours is the same, which is basically how long the plant was closed.
Ya, I don't think VINs are assigned until just before production. If you have a 2nd decade of May build, my guess would
be late next week before you see a VIN.
Sorry it took so long to get back to you I just got off the phone with him. He told me it would take 12 days to get where the boat drops it off , then they sign a vehicle to bring it to Syracuse but he doesn’t know how long due to the virus that would take, it usually only takes 24 hours but we’ll see . if I hear anything more I’ll post.

Is it "Produced Not Ship" (i.e. still in Austria) or "Waiting for shipping vessel" (in Bremerhaven)
or Vessel assigned/shipped. I'm actually not sure of all the statuses but something like this from

I'm only 2 hours North of you so have a feeling we'll be receiving them around the same time. Is there any way for your salesperson to get you the current status though.
That will give us a better idea. My sales guy is saying the system is not updated which is a polite way to say "I'm too lazy to check for you."
I love your attitude, I just texted him to see if he can find out anything more , I asked him if he can find out the ships name like you replied that would be nice to track it.
I received a message from my dealer. Original build 13th April .... delivery 28th May.
The dealer hasn’t provided me with a revised build date (In the U.K. / at my dealer they are not forthcoming!) just a revised delivery date of 10th June. This is for a U.K. delivery.
My dealer told me that the VIN was assigned and my G 63 has been built. They sent me a screen shot showing the progress. I got the impression that they assumed "5-14-20 Produced not ship" means that my truck has been built. That sounds reasonable, but I wish they told me this with more conviction One way or other, I must be getting closer!
I would assume your G could ship by end of next week. Then really depends on the route. I'd estimate 6 weeks from ship departing
Bremerhaven to when you see it. My ship date was April 30th, Veracruz Mexico tomorrow the 16th, Brunswick Georgia the 22nd,
Baltimore Maryland the 27th, Halifax the 31st, My dealership the 8th.
