Based on this going from 8.5" ET32 to a 10.0" ET33 will give you 20mm less inner clearance and extend 18mm outer position.
The outer is no problem at all, especially given the the AMG/Night pkg has fenders that are 22mm wider than without that package
but I'm not 100% if 20mm less clearance will be ok. I'd say worse case is maybe a spacer to ensure no problems. So overall, I
think you can make these work.

I want an all Black look, except the center cap Star so I popped them off and will send them to my painter for Desert Silver Metallic. I painted the wheel weights and valve stem, put a Black valve cap on, wrapped the AMG logo and installed Rimskins to cover the machined edge - they should look sweet when done:
