Got MY PO and Waiting Game Begins!
Hey Guys - finally got my PO and now waiting game begins. Decided to not wait for a 2021 as i really wanted the designo Night Black Magno paint which is limited addition - not sure it would be around much longer. With all the delays because of Virus, i wonder if my build will turn into a 2021 anyway... Couple of questions:
1 - what do you think of my order? Am I missing anything? Thoughts...
2 - Since i now have a PO, how do I track this order online at MBUSA.com through the various stages?

Did the dealer just get an allocation or was it an existing one? What is your anticipated build date?
There is no place on line to track one's order. I have a PO# as well and the dealer is the only one that will provide updates. Just to be sure I emailed MB and they told me that the dealer is the one to provide updates.

That is from the dealer system, which you cannot access. It was already built so it was an existing allocation, and it should be here well before August.

Actually - it's a Paramus PO - customer config was confirmed Mar 20 - Mar 31 this PO was scheduled 3rd Decade July production.
Any Dealer this week who says end-September/beg-Sept US delivery - must be smoking cr*ck while Sheltering-At-Home... oh, by the way NetStar is totally accessible from home internet access - it's not a VPN.
The fact is - the clock doesn't start back up until Graz reopens - and only then can they start producing the delayed backlog - and it will take time to get back to full production on top of that.

NetStar is only accessible to Daimler employees (this includes sales staff). It's just a website and can be accessed anywhere with valid login credentials.

Just as many of us have learned this morning after wasting time searching for a way to gain access to NetStar, after it was implied that any of us could simply login and see our builds...sad.

I was doubtful when I read it but I figured that since it was a dealer source reporting it I would give it a shot. Technically speaking that person did not say that one needed to have valid login credentials but in the context of the thread it was implied that anyone could simply login. Of well, I will continue to rely on a reputable source of information, my dealer.
