I love the look of new and classic G's! I'm kicking myself for not jumping on what was likely the cheapest one ever available, a 2004 G500 for $2,500 last month. It was considered mechanically totaled due to toasted electronics and I was afraid of the money pit it might be but the thing ran. Our dealership has two available G63s almost here that I can't wait to see!

The original tires only had 5000 miles on them but they were flat spotted and hard. So 20” wheels and some new Nitto Ridge Grapplers 275/55/20 look so much better and it rides better with no more flat spotted tires. I like the look of truck tires on a G better than car tires on a G.

Holy Crap!! Imagine waiting 2 years and finally getting the call saying your G is coming home this weekend then this happens. Like what do you do? Are you able to be compensated at all?? Especially if dealers say yeah there's no more allocation.

Not much can be done from dealer side. His only hope is if MBUSA has a G for him. I bet they have few stashed somewhere at the HQ for special situations like this one. I will updated when i find more.

Adjustable panhard bars to center the differentials (there's still some bump steer, I'm thinking of drop brackets for the panhard bars to parallel them to the ground to eliminate bump steer completely)
Extended brake and diff lock lines

Could you share some more photos like this where we can see the grill in more detail? It’s a bit dark but I’m considering the new grill on mine, but blacked out like yours. I haven’t been able to find pictures of a black one like yours yet, only chrome.
