Cost to ship wheel w/tires?

Can someone give me an idea of what it costs to ship wheels with tires mounted? I know a lot depends on the distance they will travel but if you provide that as well it may help. In case someone is wondering the best way to ship is cardboard over the wheel on each side, to protect them, and then industrial strength stretch wrap to hold it on (available at Walmart for $20 roll that is 1k feet long. I will be selling the ones that will be coming on my G550 so I want to give the buyer an idea; however, uShip is probably much cheaper and what I have recommended. Thanks!

I haven't shipped both together, but to give you an idea I shipped one 22" OEM Range Rover rim from Florida to Utah in a box and that was $60 by UPS ground. I shipped two 22" Continental Tires from NC to California by FedEx and those were also $60 a piece. Probably a good wager to say it'll end up being somewhere around $90-120 apiece depending on how far.

I wrapped the tires just as you described separately--cardboard to cover the middle on both sides and wrapped it like a million times with industrial wrap from Amazon.
