My 20' G63 Magno Black

After just over 6 months of waiting, my 2020 G63 has finally arrived (3 days ago). It's a true statement piece especially in the Magno finish! The break in period is kind of a bummer but it's nice to sort of baby the vehicle initially. The sound and acceleration/power is exhilarating. The finish of the Magno is gorgeous. Even though I opted for the standard leather, it is still very supple & soft. The tech is overall very straight forward and good. Sound system is nice. The actual drive of the G63 is so comfortable! You definitely feel like KING of the road. You get a ton of lookers as well! Overall a true beast! I am not taking it out too much as I have an appointment to get PPF (front elements), ceramic coated and tinting (front windows/windshield) done in 2 weeks. Pictures don't do the Magno justice. In the natural light it looks like a very rich deep black!

big congrats! that was my prior color spec before my diamond white g63 arrived 3 days ago. I agree with everything you said... and yes, breakin period is rough... this car is an event every time you hit the push button start!!!

What kind of ceramic coating you will use for the Magno Paint without PPF? Post some pictures after the coating? Thanks

The installer is using Modesta for the ceramic coating. Suntek for the PPF & Exoshield for the windshield. My impression is that he will ceramic coat after the PPF. I could be wrong and haven't verified yet. I will definitely post pics after done!

Congrats! And yes you have to ceramic coat after PPF, otherwise the PPF won't stick as well once a surface is coated.
