Hi,

MY 2019 G550 did not come with a bull bar and recently saw that you can now buy them. Does anyone know if this is a good idea and where you can take it to get a job like this done in Toronto.

That is not exactly the Bull Bar - if you want one I will sell you mine for half price (in respect to what MB charges) but it would probably cost a lot to ship from Florida!

Are you talking about the whole front bumper as well?

Well, the thing is with the 2019 and newer models unless you order the bull bar from the factory there are no slots to insert the bull bar in the bumper of the car. So in my case we do not have those slots in the front bumper. So I need a new bumper put in as well as a bull bar.

Probably so but if you were willing to have someone cut the holes in your front bumper you could mount the bull bar, as long as there were bolts to secure it. And then you would just need the rubber grommets, which many here could give you since a lot of us have removed the brush bar in the US!

Just remember, the Canadian spec W463A G550 front bumpers are not the same as the US Spec counterparts.
