Premature Center Console Leather Fading
HI All. I noticed after about a week of ownership of my '21, my center console armrest leather is already fading. Anybody else?

that doesnt look like fading but skin or some sort of moisturizer/cream sitting on top of the leather... just use a leather cleaner and should come off

If you notice your arm in tinted red, I'd guess your sunscreen in attacking the dye in the leather. Try some leather cleaner/conditioner, and then place a towel over the console while you're driving.

I don't wear anything like that, and have never had that issue in other cars, but I will try some good leather cleaner to see what it does.

Nice Elbow Print - that ain't fading - I can't remember the last time I saw a B&W Smartphone photo of a Red Armrest - is this some type of warmup for a Con Job ?

I keep forgetting to find some leather cleaner LOL. I guess it doesn't really bother me that much but I should get it addressed. Strange I am the only one this has happened to. I drive all the other cars I've had exactly the same way and never had this issue.
