Anyone bought pre-paid maintenance package recently?
I have a 2019 G550 with under 10,000 miles (wife doesn't dive a lot). I did service A last year for cash as recommended and currently looking to buy a 3 service PPM. Reached out to Jeff Jackson and was quoted $2190. Cassandra (the other dealer recommended on the forums) is out of the office on vacation. Jeff's quote seems high. Anyone purchased recently for better price? TIA.

I believe the AMG has more to it (swapping the fluids in the diffs at 5k miles maybe some additional items) but even that is an easy job for yourself or an Indy.
The A service is oil change, top off fluids, visual inspection of brakes, check tire pressure, visual inspection of lights, horn, etc...
The B adds a few more items, air filters, cabin air filter, but I can promise you, they aren’t performing any wizardry, bit for the price they charge they should be.
Just my opinion, I am sure others strongly disagree.

If you are going to Be-In-Be-Out every 2yrs - with about 20K miles intended - sure you can go A-La-Carte - just remember DIY or Indie you will NOT know any Campaigns (updates) that will come available for your G-Wagen.
So you know - a A service for a G-Wagen at a dealer takes about 2 1/2hrs - and a regular B-Service takes about 3 1/2 hrs - so DIY'ers have their own comments about "Oil-Change" - heaven forbid you a DIY's about the proper procedure for Tranny or Transfer case fluids..
If you are planning to go 40K miles from new - consider a 3pack purchased going into/before your 20K service.
If you are planning to go 50K miles from new - consider a 4pack purchased going into/before your 20K service... or a 3pack going into 30K service
If you purchased pre-owned - depending on current miles - if you plan to go out to 50K + - consider a 3pack purchased before 40K miles - that will take you 40-50-60
Sure - proper service is pricey - for ANY new generation Ultra-Luxury/Exclusive maching - but heck G-Wagen service is a Fraction of a Ferrari or Land Rover..

The money I save doing the work myself or having an Indy do, will far out weigh the reduced price I would get when selling.
Over the years I have had several issues with dealership work....
1) Most recently I brought my Supra to Toyota for their included oil change at 1 yr of ownership. I pointed out to them that the Supra takes a special oil, they assured me they had it taken care of.
Got the receipt and saw that they used bulk synthetic oil showing a cost of 5.00 a qt. (The correct Supra oil is about 25.00 a qt and dealers don’t carry it in bulk).
They ended up sending 2 techs 4 hours to my house to change the oil the next week.
2). Last Christmas a BMW dealership used the wrong diff fluid in my X5M. I only knew this as I provided the fluid for them and they gave me too much fluid back after the service.
3). A few years back I had issues with my 335i. BMW said I needed a new ECU (3-4k). I towed the car to my house and started going through things. I found a blown fuse....20 cents later I was up and running.
These were all at different dealerships
Don’t fool yourself into thinking that a just because a dealership charges ridiculous prices for service that they are doing a better job than you could.
To each their own, I like working on my cars, others would rather have someone else work on it. No right or wrong answer.
