engine rebuild question

2018 G63
engine rebuild question
Hi guys, I'm thinking about buying a 2018 G63 with approx. 21 thousand miles but a few issues came up on the carfax so here's what the service manage at the dealership told me as well:
1. at 15 thousand miles the steering Shock absorber was replaced. he said that's not unusual
2. power steering pump failed and put metal into the system so the entire power steering system was replace;
3. A new engine was put in the automobile at 20k miles. I guess the main bearing failed so rather than rebuild I guess the factory in germany sent the dealership a new engine. Service guy said this is highly unusual for there to be an engine failure in these cars since the engines are hand made but that rather than rebuild they just sent them a new engine and I guess they sent the old one back to Germany for research.
So basically, I'd be buying a car with a brand new engine but it has had a few issues with one being a major issue. The car is certified and will have a warranty thru 12/24 so I'm just trying to get opinions on whether or not these issues raise enough of a red flag overall (lemon?) that I should pass this one up and look at other options that are out there. Glad I read the carfax!. Any thoughts are appreciated. Thank you!!

The steering damper failure it’s not uncommon. I am grumpiness replaced this week(second time with only 24,000 miles on a 20-6 model. The engine failure is rather unusual, the good thing is that you have a new motor rather than a rebuilt. Being a CPO car you shouldn’t have any worries. I wouldn’t hesitate on buy the G if the price is right.
