I just purchased a 2003 G500 that is set up for overlanding,m this is my first MB but with a long history of BMW and Porsche. For each of my cars, I create an EXCEL service schedule, yes I am **** retentive when it comes to my vehicles. The truck did not come with a service manual and I cannot find any details on line.
This is the service scheule that I used for my Porsche

What is the recommended intervals for the G500? What I have I missed? Diff service? Ball Joints?

Offroad use imposes greater attention to maintenance. Unpaved roads (dust) are one thing, but hauling extra weight, rock crawling and time spent in 4WL demand frequent inspection and service to items not normally on the radar. The MB Certified Pre-owned brochure provides a fairly comprehensive checklist of items you might want to consider for periodic inspection.
