I realize its not the correct forum, however its possible someone has some experience in removing the center console. Can't tell if it snaps out or it requires more of the dash to be removed.

Any input would be appreciated.

I haven't tried yet to yank this piece out yet. This entire fascia -- the vents/diff lock switches, and the two banks of switches below -- all seem to be integral to one assembly. I have removed the headlight switch assembly and the radar/camera assembly (behind the rearview mirror) and both use some form of plastic barb retention. Here's a photo showing the barbs on the headlight switch. Removal requires playing around with a plastic slim-jim tool to locate the barbs and then figuring out which way and how far they need to deflect to release they assembly. The brass colored member is one of three metal springs that release the headlight switch module from the plastic bezel. Sorry that this is the extent of my experience.

That is actually similar to the way the side view mirrors covers come off.

The console piece has different tabs which look as if it is retained by screws. I have the slim-jim plastic tools but can't seem to get anything behind the existing piece. Was hoping I was seeing this incorrectly and it just required a confident pull but I'm not sure.
