Windshield replacmemt
My wife has a 2014 G550 - just had a sizable stone hit the windshield and it appears that glass is compromised between the layers ? Both the interior and exterior appear to be smooth to the touch but there is a dime sized separation/chip between the layers. Any body else have experience with this and what should I be aware of when I have the windshield replaced

If your truck has the plastic housing behind the rear view mirror that houses camera and radar devices, be sure the glass installer (if not MB) knows how to remove it without breaking it.
