AAS Service Required and transmission code C0731
2011 G55 with 65,000 kms (40,000 miles).
I've had it for couple years and intermittently when backing up and then putting in D, there would be a slip and short delay before truck would move forward.
No codes or messages on dash at that time. Last fall I changed filter and fluid in transmission in hope to resolve the slip issue, however continued to have same intermittent slip.
Truck was then stored for the winter. Lately, twice I've been getting that message AAS Service Required and code C0731 - the gear is implausible or the transmission is slipping (1 gear)
Two weeks ago, I cleared the code and reset transmission adaptations. There was no more slip or messages until today
Any idea about what I should try next?
