Retro fit radio ntg 4.5 on 2003 model
Hi did, retro fit on my g class 2003 model.
I have changed my radio from command 2.0 (android variant: brand erisin) into ntg 4.5 audio 20 together with a new aftermarket android screen.
I can reach my radio, by turning on the radio, scroll through the options through the I cockpit installed too. Also the android screen is working properly.
The only issue that is remaining is the sound. I don't have any sound. Even if i connect directly on bluetooth of the ntg 4.5. I see the music playing but without any sound.
The aux route is not possible as the aux is not activated on this ntg 4.5 (audio 20 has no option to activate it troughs the user /engineering interface)
The only remaining options seems to be connect directly my android screen through a optic decoder towards my speakers. Is there anyone who did this before? and did it lead to sound?
There are multiple different decoders, but i guess i need to have D2B variant as I have this cable as optic fibre cable available on my car.
Or does anyone else have better option?
Thanks in advance.
