2002, 2003,2004 G500 as a daily driver

I would consider a 2005-2006 as a lot of the computer modules were figured out by then, and you don't have the weird electrical issues occur with the 2002's. (Transfer case module updated for 2005). 2007-2011 introduced a lot of features like Bi-Xenon headlights, better fog lights, upgraded stereos, etc, but those are all features that break over time.
Also, 2005 comes with curtain airbags, rear ISOFIX.
We've had our 2005 G55k for almost 5 years now and have averaged ~13k miles/year.
