All,

I can’t get the windows to roll up/down with the single click after passing the hard detent on the window switch. Tried following all the videos on you tube and directions posted on the net. The operation of the windows work fine going up and down with no issues.

Anyone have any ideas on how I can get this feature re-activated for a ‘17 G63? Appears the battery was disconnected during service before I took ownership of the truck so that could be the cause.

Thanks in advance

You lost the "memory" when the battery died. Try this: roll window all the way down manually, then pull the switch up and hold it for a few seconds after the window fully closes. Should reset the auto function. Sometimes takes a couple tries.

On my 2013, I had to buy 463industries one touch up/down modules for this functionality, car didn't come with it stock. Looks like MB may have added that feature to 2017s?

I’m beginning to think you’re right. Must of been implemented mid-year. I’ve tried everything and doesn’t seem to rectify the problem.

Appreciate the feedback.
