FYI -- there is no "Position Control" menu on a '17 G63 to change the ESP rear axle ratio (I'm using the same model Autel). I've looked everywhere and don't see a place to change that in the ESP module. Everything else appears the same.

Thank you for adding.

I am not surprised. Even within the same chasis family/generation of Gs, there seems to be significant variability in coding. Its a nightmare actually.

e.g., I remember another forum poster with a W463 G63 (don't recall his name now, could have been TX E63 or something) confirming that he ran 35" tires with no impact to distronic or speedo. He must have had the tire size value externalized, but I do not have any ability to change tire size in my 2013 in any module, limiting me to running a maximum 33" tire. Anything over that throws wheel speed plausibility out of tolerance and disables distronic.

Yeah I recently put on 33s. I haven’t tried the Distronic but the speedo is definitely off by the expected margin.

I made the changes you outlined and it definitely felt better/more responsive. I went back in after a bit of driving with the those mods and also reset the transmission shift adaptations. I did some test runs and it’s feeling great.

As for fixing the speedo, there are the Front and Rear Wheel Circumference Factor fields in the ECM but it looks like we are already at the largest available option in the drop down at 2472mm (31” diameter). There must be a way to manually edit somewhere….
