I’m thinking about trying these out on the 22” wheels. Anyone have feedback on how they handle, ride, wear, etc... I’m not planning any serious off-roading.
i have terra grapplers in 285/50/20 for my G550. i can confirm that they are excellent tires. they are pretty quiet, i didnt notice a significant difference in sound between the terras and the stock pirelli tires. also i live in the toronto area and we do get snow quite often. it handles fairly well in the snow/ice, much better than the stock pirellis. although note that it is not a dedicated snow tire so if you're spending a lot of time out in the country with ice/snow on the road, would be wise to go for a dedicated winter set.
in terms of wear, i have driven about 5k miles on them and they look brand new. the compound looks to be fairly hard compared to other more performance oriented tires so i expect these will last quite a while. only downside to these might be handling, seems like they dont grip the road as well as the stock pirellis under harder cornering in the dry. but then again i dont drive the G like a sports car so i am not too concerned bout that.
I have them. They are great road tires and excellent in the rain. Have not had them off road or in snow. Multiple long road trips and pretty quiet (more so than the Scorpions that came with the 22’s).

Are you able to post a pic with these on? I also would like to get them and mount on the stock black 20 inch wheels on my 2020 G550. My local tire store told me that they were not rated for the load that the G has, but sounds like people are not having any issues with them?
Thank you. Yes those are OEM 22’s painted gloss black. Carrier is Maxxhaul 701809 without the side rails installed (box too big with them on). Yep, that’s the box. Works well as you can pass tie downs through the metal plates integrated into all sides of the box. If you use a hitch extender you can run with the spare on.

I believe they are rated higher than the P Scorpion asymmetrico’s.
the stock tires on my G550 was Scorpion Zero All Seasons 275/50/20. which have 2271 lbs max load according to tire rack.
i switched to terra grapplers g2 in 285/50/20. they have a 2756 lbs max load according to nitto's website.
so its not true that the terras have a lower load rating.
the main difference is the speed rating. i believe the terra is only an 'S' rated tire which is 112mph while the scorpions are 'H' rated which is 130 mph. either way i dont drive at over 100mph so its not an issue for me... guess my boy racer days are over.
i'll try and post pics.... just dont have them on my computer right now.
is that arabian grey/classic grey?
color looks amazing
Its Avery dark gloss grey. Car came in Polar White from the factory. Was the only one I could find at the time so I bought it and wrapped it. Here it is going for wrap and 22’s.

Thanks I agree. Also had the door hinges powdered black. Minor detail that I think makes a big difference. As they say, you can have good, fast or cheap. Took forever and was certainly not cheap. But I like it, so can’t complain

Wow. I mean they wrapped the spare tire cover port that is just a normal plastic cover. Nice work and great look. Especially like the black hinges on the hood. Major kudos to you for the look, and the installer for the amazing job. These are generally regarded as the most difficult to wrap at the moment,
