Yes, normal. I waited 3 years for my 2019 G550, and that was delivered before Covid and the mess it caused with the global supply chains… Especially in Canada, where the G pricing is the lowest in the world, we get fewer allocations. You’re probably looking at 2024: 3 years + 1 year of no deliveries, which is next year. Sorry. But it WILL be worth it!

The dealership told me that im lucky because there will be no G delivered next year, and obviously that's the last batch they received year end.

Not sure about Ontario, but its not that bad in Vancouver. I placed order with my sales rep in late Mar and just got my G63 delivered today.
The dealership told me that im lucky because there will be no G delivered next year, and obviously that's the last batch they received year end.

Did you pay list?
I waited about 3 years for mine, ordered from one of the biggest dealers in the country. That’s always been the norm in Canada, and this is all before Covid and the current craziness.
The G is the lowest priced in the world in Canada, so we get the lowest allocation per capita - that’s my theory anyway.

Order placed Feb 2019 burlington, car delivered 3 weeks ago.
Got one delivered way quicker from my local dealer, but I'm a major employer in town.

That’s unheard of in Canada. Well done! They must have done you a special favor, as there were undoubtedly others ahead of you on the list.

Yeah, that’s great for you. You wouldn’t have gotten one in June 2022 as no one will be getting any… so you would have been looking at 2023…
