Much fewer people are chasing those rare cars right now than the dealer is leading you to think. Prices on Rolexes collaped and they are coming down fast on all kinds of rare cars.
Yeah, I agree prices are starting to come down, but there's still scarcity in general which hasn't totally collapsed the whole car market. Even Ford has forecasted a shortage in production for this next year which is going to keep prices high on things like Super Duty pickups. And finading a Bronco Raptor for less than $30,000 ADM is very difficult. So far I think they have only allocated around 300 Squared in the US market, so it's no surprise to me that they are asking $75-$100K ADM on them. Not saying they are all going to get that, but it won't surprise me when they do.

I love Mercedes and G’s but if I’m spending $400k on a vehicle it’s coming out of Italy or England.
I don't disagree with you on that! If I'm spending $450-$500K after taxes I'm starting to look at the Cullinan or the new Ferrari SUV. Although the Squared will actually be the more rare of them all!
Truck arrived at the dealership today. I'm having second thoughts about the color though. First choice was night black magno but MB wouldn't allow it when order went in. Especially at the 200k ADM that I was asked for it, I might just back out of buying this one since it's not my preferred color even though I did spec it. If it was in my preferred spec, I don't have any issues with paying that crazy ADM since I would rather have the squared over any other truck at the moment.
That arabian gray spec looks great--love the interior too.
Makes sense about the night package plus with the fenders since they have the carbon extensions, so I guess they decided to leave the bumpers alone too.

Wow! $200K ADM is insane. How about we build you one for a fraction of the cost? Get a Night Black Magno G63 and we'll install the full LeTech system on it for you. It'll be the same suspension and mods, but in the color you want. The roof lights are slightly different (two 4" round lights on each side instead of the flat light bars), but funcitonal and put out good light. Build time is roughly 6 weeks (possibly longer depending on which wheels you want to go with, and whether MB has the flares in stock), and all you have to do is supply the G63. Thanks for the offer. I'll have to take a look at the truck in person first to make sure that I really don't want that color. I know it's insane to pay such a crazy high ADM.

that’s an Insane ADM are you in the US or Canada? Gotta be on the west coast then .. $200K over that’s another G63 ..
But the Color Combo is the one I’m trying to get allocation for to build it .. as of now I have Black on Classic red and I may pass on it .. and hopefully get allocation ..

I’m not paying the 130 they wanted. When they took deposit it was 50 over. This is on top of me buying 2 g63s from them. Depending on how they handle this will be if I go to chambers like I do for Porsche.

@JW001 did you spec it with night package plus? I just spec’d mine same Arabian Grey exterior color but with night package plus and on the description it still says black bumpers and fenders. I keep going back and forth to change the color night black magno like my current G63.
Also out of curiosity, does that one have the matte carbon trim?
And this is just an observation but looks like the 4x4 has illuminated air vents.
