Can 8 colour ambient lighting be coded to 64 colour

Hi guys

Can the 8 colour ambient lighting be coded to the 64 colour or does it need hardware parts/not possible?

A vehicle Im considering, 2021 400d Premium (UK car) only has 8 colour and my last one had 64, which was really cool (well I thought so anyway)
