Please give me some advice on removing the parts.

Hello, I am riding a w463a 2023 g400 diesel from Korea.
I want to remove the parts in the picture to wrap it in carbon fabric this time, but I don't know how.
( front&rear bumper cover, side mirror cover,
D pillar air vent trim)
Could you tell me how to remove it or video url?
I wrote it through a translator, so please understand if it's unnatural.

It's almost March, so it's too late to say happy new year, but I hope you have a lot of good things in 2024.

those bumper cover inserts glue on to the inserts; they are not a replacement part.
