Partition Net for 2020 G63
Hey all - I'm a relatively new owner of a 2020 G63 and first wanted to thank everyone for all the great wisdom here on the forums - terrific stuff. Question I had is my dog always climbs over the rear seats from the rear cargo area. I see lots of forum posts on pre-W463A vehicles regarding the partition net, but see nothing on the forums or MB parts websites for the new gen G-wagon. Does anyone know where to find this (or have an alternative solution)? it's referenced in the user manual as well...but I literally can't find it anywhere.
Thanks so much!

Thank you! Mine is a 2020, but all I see is the first aid kid and nothing else. Very strange - maybe they never included it for me.

The owners manual shows a partition net, but I can't seem to find a part number (other than the one for the 2002-2015 model) Anyone else have one? (or a part number if you are in a country where it is included.)

I had come across it but gave up trying to find out after the item numbers and links were invalid. Now I just typed in the title on eBay and found it. $300. The Chinese seller must be scratching his head to understand why anyone would buy.

I did the same thing RAKLAW did and placed an order from eBay (waiting for it now). I found the part number but it’s like $1,500 everywhere I looked and just seems like a waste when the eBay one seems to do the trick based on my research and RAKLAW’s experience.
if you’re curious, part number is in the screen shot below (last one). If you google that you can find it and order it.

I gave this try from Amazon. Yes, the pic is from the previous gen, but in the drop down you will find 2019-2021. Seems well made, fits and gets the job done. (I don't know what that job is as I have no pets that travel...but I liked the idea of being able to stack things higher than the seats...and apparently I schlepp more than the average Kardashian.

I was able to find an OEM partition net on EBay.co.uk for about $300. It was a private seller who had a 2019 G63 and sold it therefore they didn’t have a use for the partition net.
It showed up today and it works well.
Recommendation if you aren’t in a hurry is to search the part number on UK Ebay (or Germany or other European countries) to see if one pops on. Normally I would have just gotten it from a dealer in person in Europe (while on a trip) but with COVID...
Photos if anyone cares to see how the OEM looks:

US models do include any kind of cargo net. I bought one that attaches to the hooks on the floor but I have not seen a partition net. Here is the seller I bought my net from and they might have a larger one if you provide them with the size you need: https://www.ebay.com/usr/ready_to_sh...p2047675.l2559
