LOL pretty much a go eff yourself from corporate. We've all known they dont genuinely care about us (their customers), otherwise they would do what Ford did recently and punish dealers that are charging ADM's. Thank god for Canadian car buying laws/regulations!

G63 2021
2022 impossible things:
1: Putin and Zelenskyy cheers with champagne.
2: Oli Price drop to 50 below
3: buy a Brand new G wagon with MSRP.

G400D AMG (Waiting)
I don't know why you just go directly to Germany and order it and ship it to the US the European market is amazing ! You can buy the vehicles at RSP and wait a couple months etc ! The US market seems so bad with dealers making Profit ! This never happens in Europe !

Given that it’s a “suggested” retail price the dealership can do whatever they want. There will always be buyers for more than the “suggested” price for that truck. You can either take it, negotiate a lower market price, or move to another vehicle. It’s unfortunately not illegal to do a market adjustment, it’s just wrong.

I have it in writing from my dealer advising me that if I was really patient and custom order I can have it at MSRP. After 2 plus years of waiting I'm in position one for their next order but MB announced production had stop but I kept the deposit with them. Now production has starting up again the dealership is trying desperately to give my deposit back, telling me that I will have to pay market price when the car arrives. I refuse and will be seeking legal advice on Monday. Here my build that was submitted over 2 years ago. Any advice would be appreciated.
I know it's been a while, but was a lawyer able to get you the vehicle for MSRP?

To be helpful - "was a lawyer able to get you the vehicle for MSRP?" - frankly not possible in any US state I know of...

This is a very "old" subject going back close to 2Yrs now...

His first post, my guess is he is looking for a short cut to a G at MSRP. Hoping he can take that route.

"Reasonable" 2022 MBUSA MSRP increase will be about $15K - "Reasonable" 2022 Dealer ADM will be $55K or so = all-in-all "Reasonable thinking" $245K-$250K target for short-year 2022's
