Not sure--the wording is identical in the 2021 order guide so I'd bank on them only allowing for the night plus magno package with magno paints.

It's baffling why they would force this unpopular combination on magno buyers

22 production starts in September. Allocations are going to be thin.

G63 is EOL 2022, from what I have found out.
Its going to change to G73e, but exterior design is going to stay exactly same, what we care really
Found out where? Sincerely doubt there is any official info about this.
Also I really hope that when they do release a G73e that they also keep the G63 because my allocation is for early 2023! To me it wouldn't make sense to axe it as it would lie perfectly between the hybrid and the 550 model.

My dealer contacted me and informed me that the 2022 models will be delayed to June or July next year. And the September production will be a 2021.

Anybody knows if that applies to G550s as well?

So is September production 2021 or 2022 model?
My dealer has me slotted for August so trying to decide if I should push it back to Sept if it means I can get a 2022 instead.
It's a G550 in case that makes a difference.

In the past the G550 and 63 production shifted over at the same time. Also in the past an August build would be the current model year.

It makes zero sense to push 2021 production past August as there's minimal changes, but I guess anything goes this year.

You can’t produce 2021 cars in 2022! That’s an oxymoron!1 They may produce the same exact cars in 2022 as 2021 but they will still be 2022s.

Thanks. Dealer just confirmed as well.
Apparently I had the last build slot of 2021 models for them. Last still better than none I guess.

He also confirmed 22 models won’t be available before the new year at the earliest.

I reserved a first month build slot for a 23 G63 while I was at it.
Figure I’ll trade the last 21 for the first 23 lol

That's the way to do it. As soon as I took delivery of the 21, I put my name back in for a 22. Originally thought it was going to be end of this year but looking more like next spring or summer. In that case I may just wait for the first 23.
