I’m looking to purchase a g63 amg 2019…

Just wondering if there are any changes for interior/exterior from 2019,2020, or 2021

I have a MY19. I am unaware of any significant change if any at all.
2019 was the year for the new model and its terrific

2026 G63

For exterior main changes are color and rim availability. The five spoke 21" rims were silver and black with night package in 2019 and went to all black for 2020+. Also the trail package became available in 2020.

Interior also very minor changes - digital gauges and frameless mirror standard in 2020, and for 2021 the window switches on the doors changed from black plastic to silver metal and the sunvisors went from vinyl to alcantara lined.
