Took it off roading, shoulda got the trail package!
Anyone know if you can buy the AMG trail package 20’ wheels from Mercedes without a long wait? Was thinking of putting winter tires on those. Typically where we live, we always have different set of wheels + tires for winters

Sorry to see that. I had a flat a few weeks ago albeit not as glamorous!
The Britax seat cover for traction is a nice touch. I keep a towel in the car now just in case as the jack is slick and has such a small footprint.
I just researched this last week as I was looking at getting another set of rims so I don’t have to use my 21” summers in the winter. There are trail package rims available in the states so your dealer can get them in a few days. The 20” OEM Pirelli AT tires are on back order until November but many on here have gotten other sized tires that work fine.
I ended up finding some takeoff 22’s and will get an AT tire in 285/45/22 for it.

You guys are much bolder than I. I'd go with 18" wheels if I planned driving anything more treacherous than a maintained (pothole free) gravel road. My Rubicon has 17" wheels -- I just mounted a set of Duratrac A/Ts on it (245/75R17), which so far I like on pavement and gravel. They're 3PSF rated - anxious to see how they do in a couple inches of white stuff.
