Buy used or wait

Buy used or wait
So in December I placed an order on a 2023 G63 which costs 29000usd. (my23). Dealers in Dubai already started orders but customization starts whenever the dealer has the order sheet for 2023 and here we always have plennntyyyyy of allocations so that's not to worry about. my22's are everywhere here since September 2021. So I was wondering, since nothing is confirmed if my23's will have a minor facelift and ive been dying to have one since 2019. Should I just go buy a used 2021? (2022's are selling for insane money here by second party/used car dealers.) a approximately 9000 mile 2021 costs about 240k use. should I just go out and buy it since I can't really wait or should I just wait? (deliveries for my23's will probably start in September 2022 but dealer confirmed to me that my car would be here worst case scenario in December 2022 or jan 2023.
So should I just go and buy a used 2021 or wait for the 2023 in case there's a minor update?

Id say get a 2021 .. its not worth the wait bro take it from me chances of a facelift is really low and dont expect any changes from the inside as the EQG is using same interior as current one

wait but for a 2021..probably until may..once the new ones start getting built, your chances of getting one at a better price than the sky high prices right now are brighter..

It's not a great time to buy a car, any brand, new or used, anywhere in the world (although having a high demand trade-in lessens the pain). But if you're truly dying to buy one, any price to preserve your life is worth paying (lol).

There will be a facelift for 2023 including the MBUX system as has been widely reported everywhere. If there wasn't going to be a facelift, why are camo-wrapped 2023's being tested?

Yeah u have a point, I think ill wait, if I do ill probably get the car end of the year, worst case scenario January 2023. best case scenario September 2022.
Here in Dubai we received the my22 in like September 2021. Last batches are still being delivered this month. Builds for my23's will probably start in July or august. Most our cars are built in like July august and delivered in September at the dealer.
Im just scared if there won't be a facelift. I reaaaallly hope they include it with the my23. they told me prices will range from 240k to 270k. We dont have an msrp system. They just give u a price and u pay lol. the 29k I paid is non refundable lol
