From the people that got their orders in what is their dealers markup? If yes how much?. anybody has been able to order one without a markup?

MSRP here due to length of relationship.

If there was an ADM I would be passing. If everyone passed on an ADM then dealers would stop feeling so bold as to charge ADMs. We need better control over flippers, not ADMs to counteract flippers but instead hurts the loyal collectors.

 

Is he being charged twice for the Night Package? DC1 AMG Night Package and DF4 AMG Night Magno are listed as not available together in the DOG.

 

The packages listed on his build sheet are:
DF4: night package magno ($3,600)
P56: night package ($1,650)
PA2: night package II (no price next to it)

 

Mine list both DC1 and DE9 which doesn't jive with what the DOG says. DOG shows that DC1 and DE9 aren't available with each other which makes sense since DE9 should include all of the stuff that DC1 has minus the non-night package components. Seems like they are charging twice for the components that overlap between the two packages.

 

If I had to guess the window sticker will be correct and not include both packages on it. I would wait until you see the final Monroney label. The Netstar system has showed some wild inaccuracies during the build process of several of my MB ordered cars over the years.

It's applied to the final sale price (including all fees) but before HST. 13% HST is paid on the total price after luxury tax has been applied.
Double tax.. bringing the bottom line to.. $584,897.13.

 

I think Mercedes Benz went to far on pricing the G63 4X4^2 this high, it is ridiculous, I think they are doing it because of the buying frenzy of the G class in 2021.

In this economy an almost $400K US and over $550K Can dollars with most of the addons is way way to much, and this is without any ADM's, good luck to the people that buy them.

think the prices will drop on this car for sure.

This is not like a Black Series or anything like that to be priced higher. I did not pay that much for my 2021 Black Series.

 

This is more than I paid for my SLS Black Series.

 

Exactly my point,

I had an allocation with a $50K ADM, but after seeing the MSRP of $350K I said no way, give it to somebody else, this will put this car after taxes at almost $500K, with all the old technology, really nuts.

Mercedes Benz went crazy on this one for sure.

 

Agreed. 100%. Even at MSRP with no ADM.

Fully loaded, my spec came out to be almost $400k. Not including taxes. I wouldn't drive this like I wanted to. I wanted to off-road it as I did with the previous 4x4².

 

I walked away from my allocation + $50K ADM too. This is insanely priced more than the SLS Black Series and the GT Black Series in the midst of a crashed stock market and very high interest rates on autos right now and the novelty will wear off very fast once most buyers realize they have to remodel their house to fit it in their garage or leave it outside in the driveway.

 

Since we're keeping score. I walked away from an MSRP allocation for exactly the same reasons. It's inappropriate for it to cost more than my SLS Black Series or my AMG GT Black Series given that it has zero engine mods, too.

 

Interesting that this car is so expensive in the US. I order it in Poland this year (delivery at Q4/2022), the MSRP without taxes is about 210k€. After all taxes, it comes out around 320k€.

 

Keep in mind that the USD is equal to 1 euro which is an additional 12% bonus for MB compared to 1 year ago!

Wow that is a lot of taxes, 110KE wow, more than half the price of the car. But this a great deal even with the taxes as the Euro is pretty much 1 to 1.

 

the price in Poland shall be the same like in Germany. I’ll pay 313.000€ incl tax.
the price will definitely increase because the very limited production quote.

 

$313K will the belts and whistles is more like it, Here in the estates the starting price is $350K

 

Local dealer told me they were really surprised at how much it cost. They figured $250k starting price. Regardless, they are getting one and have a buyer for it.
