Thanks. Looks like M14x1.5 nuts. Guess the wheels are so heavy using bolts would be too hard when changing wheels. But then again, could just use a few removable guide bolts.

 

Noticed that the carbon fender flares aren't just an add-on to the normal flares on the squared. They are one piece, half exposed carbon and half painted. Also, the painted portion on the rear fender flares are shorter than the rear flares on the non-squared.

I commented earlier on the side mirrors as well ... but does anyone know why the side mirrors on this one and the ones being delivered are different?

 

US Specs are regular G63 Mirror, (what is being delivered in the US) but some other markets have to have a side marker/turn signal under the mirror and a much larger mirror. similar to the led light bar situation, you can't have them on in the US Market vs other Markets.

Received a call from dealer few days ago that they’re calling current g63 owners as priority list and let me know that they have new squared in red available for sale now..price $500k+… wtf!

There are about 72 New G63 4x4 Squared listed on Auto Traders, the truck isn't selling the way everybody expected and some dealers are still in LALA Land about their ADMs.

 

so many of them are the Cardinal magno too. I love the color but wish there was more variety that was produced

 

Also, does anyone know the total height of the beast with the roof rack included?

 

Roughly 7 feet, 5 inches with the roof rack, less little over 2 inches without the rack.

I was at a dealer yesterday in MA, and if I pushed I could have closed it @ 60K Over but it's Red & has a roof rack that will not fit in my garage, also the trade value for my17 4x4 is not exciting!

 

Jersey… this other one is about 80k…

60k seems too low of ADM for that car. in jersey and ny, the regular 63 is still 60-30 adm depending on spec

 

Actually, I was talking to Maged from Caldwell today and he was like $150K, a good color combo.

 

I think many of some these trucks will be sold @ MSRP at some point before the end of the year & next year when they get more allocation.

There is a different carbon visor between the OE roof rack cars and the non OE roof rack cars. The front part of the rack attaches to the carbon visor. We are the exclusive importer for Genuine LeTech racks and other parts. I plan on modifying the front of a rack to work with the non OE rack cars so a new visor will not be needed. Ladder is the same.

 

I got mine yesterday, they look great together. Does anyone know anything about the electric side steps for it? The "square" is really big, and it's very hard to get in. Brabus doesn't have anything on offer yet, the only thing I found is https://www.gwagenparts.com/product/...3a-my-2019-on/ but I don't know if they will fit the "square" (because it has wider steps than the standard G63)

 

Bill Rader Motorsports will have a Rock Slide Engineering kit available mid next year that will bolt right on in place of the current step and service both doors without needing to remove the side pipes.

 

I believe that both carbon light bars are the same, I climbed 2 Gs one with OE roof rack and a non-one, I didn't notice any difference.

 

part numbers are completely different. Was there a provision for the roof rack to attach to the non roof rack cars visor?

Perhaps it is a different finish and that is why the numbers are different. I hope you are correct! Make it a lot easier for me to sell the racks! 😁

i have not seen any of these in person yet, just got some VIN’s and looked at part numbers.

 

It looks like you are I just noticed, they look totally different from the front Pics are from 2 different Gs that I checked myself!! because I'll face an issue with the Garage if it has the roof rack, but everything else is the same from behind almost identical.
