Lease Payment on 22 G63?
What’s the typical lease payment on a G63 with 100k down?
Emailed a dealer who said they were only charging a 50k markup on a 205k G63, but wanted $3200 a month on a 60 month lease with 100k down and a 93k residual. Seems like they were charging an additional 100k markup on the backend. I never went in to the dealer and never submitted an application.

100K down on a lease? LOL. This is a first to me. There are so many things wrong with this deal. Buying should be cheaper. Typically zero down on a lease is the way to go. If you can't swing the payment don't buy it.
Dealers love people like the OP. Shopping payment first and residual/MF/term/mileage second if at all.

Zero down on a purchase of $205K at 60 months would only be $3,800 a month assuming 4.5% interest rate. Leasing would be foolish.

Thanks for the replies. Yes, I figured they were trying to get over on me needless to say they’ll never get business from me.
I just simply asked their mark-up but guess they wanted to show me payment hoping I wouldn’t realize it was actually a 150k markup and not the 50k they offered.
I was under the impression no matter how strong my profile, MBFS would want a down payment to cover the markup even if on a lease?

If it's an open ended lease, I don't see anything wrong with a $100k down structure.
You'll likely sell the car back to break even essentially driving the car for free.
Big difference between and open ended lease and your regular close ended lease. A lot of my wealthy friends only open-end lease supercars (lambos, Ferraris, mclarens) and they've never lost money on a deal. Really depends on the car you're buying.
$50k down on a BMW M8 close ended lease makes no sense. $250k down on a $400k Lamborghini with an open-ended lease makes a lot of sense to someone that knows how to use the remaining the $150k.
