Speaking brakes (2020 G63)
First we had squeaking front brakes, the dealership replaced them, and now the back brakes are squeaking. Anyone else have this issue? Less than 10k miles on vehicle.

I had the same problem and after 1 trip to the dealer, getting pads replaced and the noise coming right back, I swapped over to aftermarket pads and have had no issues since (been over a year now)- first did the rears (where the noise was coming from for me), then 3 months later did the fronts as preventative...

Brought in my 2022 G63 into the dealer last week. Dealer basically laughed and said its in the manual that owners have to deal with squeaking brakes on the G63. I said there has to be a fix because that chalkboard scratching sound can't be normal and she suggested I pay for new pads because its not a defect, its just the way it is. Car has 8,000 miles and 7 months old...

I had similar problems with my Cayenne Turbo but the problem went away after I had the brake disc (rotors) replaced at an independent service station (the vehicle was out of warranty).
My 15 G63 does not have brake squeak, I use MB brake pads from FCP Euro.

Brakes replaced twice so far…
Had the rear squeaking brakes replaced at year 2 AND year 3 service. Both times under “courtesy warranty”. The 2020 G63 has only 11,000 miles on it and it has had brakes replaced twice so far for the squeaking.

Wow, your dealer is taking care of you and trying to remedy the situation. My dealer is the only one around for 200 miles. They told me Mercedes knows there is an issue and they can't do the work under warranty because there isn't anything 'wrong'.

Other forum threads have comments about the source of the squealing coming from the pad to caliper mating, and not the pad to rotor mating. As I recall, one of the MB service TBs regarding squealing brakes describes a remedy that bonds the pad to the caliper. Have you had this fix implemented?
