2. I do, you can send me an email for the example contracts for the exact terms and conditions, but both are exclusionary coverage, exclusions are body panels and glass covered by your traditional insurance policy, and service/maintenance like oil, tires, brake pads...etc.
Why were you unable to purchase a Fidelity warranty?

I shot you an email on this. How does this company process claims? Direct pay to dealer? When you call it complete manufacturer extension, do you have a list of what Mercedes warranty covered vs what this covers?

I do have copies of the Mercedes-Benz CPO and ELW, but "Complete Manufacturer's Extension" is the name of Freedom's exclusionary level coverage.
Plenty of forum members do, unfortunately I do not have a good record of customer's MBWorld usernames. I can send payment receipts on Mercedes for our Freedom Warranty customers if you'd like, sensitive information redacted of course.
