If you optioned wheel locks from the factory, it should be in the black square box that should have the four non locking nuts that were replaced.
It should be in the glove box but may be in the cargo hold in the net or maybe even under the left rear passenger seat. If not in any of those spots the dealer may have forgot to put it somewhere during PDI.
