Benzninja Had these mods programmed on my G63!
1. Disabled ECO start/stop
2. Active Lane Assist only vibrates now. No jerking.
3. AMG exhaust flaps stay open.
4. Starts up in any Dynamic mode you choose.5. Lane changing flashes
5 times instead of 3 times.

As reported by haa in this post, can confirm the 2023's are in fact missing the start/stop feature. There's a blank spot next to the ignition button, and the AMG button's don't show it when you search through the icons.
I was looking for how to turn it off on the way home from the dealer when I remembered haa's post and said son of a gun, they were right .
Damn it, there's no way to deactivate cylinder management because that button was deleted.
