My dealership in Vegas will sell me a new G63 today for MSRP today - but only because I have a 20+ year relationship with them, I buy car often and they know the car is coming back to them in a year or two anyway and they will make a killing on re-sale of the used model. As an example, during the height of COVID bs, I picked up a GLS450 with a 1k discount off of MSRP, at the same time they were offering the same cars with a 25k mark up and people were buying them like hot cakes. To them maintaining my family relationship (with my wife and I buying new cars every year or two over 20 years) was more important to the GM (whom I know well)
I think many people on this forum have a very long relationship with various dealers and have bought 10+ cars over the years, so its not surprising that people are able to get deals others simply can't.

I am also one that has a long term relationship with my dealer bought over 15 cars from them over the years. if you have a good relationship with your LOCAL dealer MSRP is possible and will continue to be possible! I have a 2024 coming in and already have my name for a 2025 and they already confrimed that the 2025 will be at MSRP bill of sale and deposit already placed!
My 2021 G63 was at MSRP
My 2024 G63 will be at MSRP
and I was already guaranteed the 2025 will be at MSRP
Its all who you know in these markets you can get it for MSRP if your dealer's objective is to keep you as a long term client and not a one and done.

I wouldn't venture to add the period there, because it absolutely does not count for some including myself, but glad it does for you my man and many others getting the car at MSRP
Couldn't care less about a relationship and actually prefer it that way, no *****footing around tell me what the cost over is so I can get what I want, when I want, and nothing less
15 over for me to get my own build didn't have to buy other Benzes, or try to foster a "relationship" that I then have to concern myself with maintaining!

I would wager a substantial amount of money MY 25 G63 will be facelifted and will have electric and V8 options pick your poison
And call me surprised as a petrolhead but EQG will do very well... as a gas loving diehard V8 fan, I am tempted

the electric g63 is probably going to be ludicrously expensive, like 400k+, given how expensive the 4x4 is. it is just the weight that concerns me. The g63 is already a boat on wheels. With electric, it will be close to 4 tonne. They will need better brakes on that thing, because the current g63 brakes are barely adequate now. But sans engine noise, it will not be as fun.
im sure it will be a hit though. I just don’t believe anyone will be getting it for Msrp, if they do, they are going to get shafted on their trade-in.

A week or so ago my dealer told me about a "special edition" coming out for 2024. It will be only available in 2 colors - Copper Orange Magno and Brilliant Blue Magno (G63 4x4 Squared colors). Only other info he had was interior would be black w/ blue or gold/bronze stitching. Possibly will have matte carbon fiber available as well and full alcantara steering wheel. No idea on production numbers yet, but was told I can have it as early as Feb. I told him to go ahead and secure me an allocation. This came from me asking my dealer to ask MB about ordering a special color G63 (which they didn't allow).

Good info--made me google. Found a dealer in UAE that has a 2022 G63 in copper orange.
I would rock with this color. Would not get that interior with it though.
