A while back I posted here about getting some beefier tires and thanks to all the help from you guys I decided to go with the KO2s! I know @Ilksurfer has these same tires (285/55R20) on the 20x9.5 AMG wheels and I’m happy to report they fit fine with the 20x8.5 AMG wheels from the G550! Wasn’t sure about the backspacing/offset compared to the 9.5 inch wheels but figured I’d just find some spacers if any issues! Thanks everybody! I’ll be hitting the NC beaches this Summer in style 😎

Haven’t had them out on the interstate up to speed yet, but so far the ride doesn’t seem any worse. While they are ATs I think the extra sidewall prob helps mitigate that

 

Looks great. Nice little beefy upgrade to the looks without being overdone.

 

Ride on the interstate is good and there’s no extra road noise (other than the ever present wind buffeting). However, if you stomp it and get into the 80s and 90s it gets squirrelly 😬 I guess I shouldn’t going that fast regardless lol

Agree A/T tires look great but I wouldn’t push it over 80. Looks like speed rating for those is a T (118 mph) so it can handle it.

 

Yeah, I was thinking about going with the Scorpion ATRs because of the higher speed rating, but I have no business going over 118 anyway haha.
