I believe last allocation has been concluded as you might know 2024 G will discontinue around March.
2025 refresh model year allocations, which will be later in the year.

Its strange that you placed an order on dealer website for G. It always been done in person.
You might have filled credit report that's the reason of pulling of your credit report.
2024 G63 pricing starts at $183k, up from $180k.

Your dealer is playing games and trying to add ADM.
At this time you are looking at buying G63 from the lot. In regard to allocations I do not know if there are any left.
2024 order banks close Dec 19.

Quote: If anyone was able to buy at MSRP, would you please PM me. I am having such a frustrating time.

The latest is I placed an online order with a dealer yesterday. I selected a vehicle they had in stock, it quoted me the MSRP and their price, also MSRP. The website pulled my credit report, and then said it was ordered. I called to give a deposit on it and was told, the website is wrong, the price is up to $50k higher. At which point it was like, we are so far apart, what is the use of haggling and arguing, just honor your price.
MBUSA doesn't allow dealers to advertise over MSRP. Also, the car doesn't come off the website until it has been delivered. Easiest thing to do is pick up the phone and call the dealer. We get calls all the time for sold G wagens.

Thank you for your reply. There are still many for sale around the country, I’m just trying to find the best price. The dealer said the online ordering website is a new feature of their website. Of course, they won’t honor the price since they have ADM so what’s the point? They don’t disclose ADM anywhere on the website. The website still isn’t fixed. I could place another order online today, but of course they won’t honor the price.

My dealer gave me a January allocation. This is from a dealer I have bought many cars from so trust what they are saying is true.

Can someone confirm if 2024 orders are indeed closed or not for USA?

I have an order in for a G63. Was able to make changes to the config in netstar (or whatever the software is called) at the dealership last week so build is not locked but it has it listed as a 2024 model on my build.

Dealer said they hadnt heard anything about orders been halted on their end yet however.

So should I be expecting a late 2024 build or a 2025 build at this point?

Pretty sure @mercedesmax said new orders are not being allocated. Existing allocations will remain and will be changeable until production nears.

It won't be a 2025.

Cool. Thanks.

I prefer a 2024 given the 2025 might have a mild hybrid or some other unpleasant surprise.

I had 2 orders in for G63, one was allocated in October 23 and delivered just today. The 2nd order was dropped by MBUSA as they are not building any more cars until Fall of 2024 due to a mid cycle refresh. Everyone at my dealership got the same news but on the bright side the refreshed model will still be a ICE TT V8 not hybrid or electric.

My dealer confirmed that 2024 orders are done so all new orders will be the redesign. Your dealer should have heard as they were told in September that orders would end in mid-December. It is unclear when they will start accepting new orders for the redesigned model.

It seems it will be a while before 2025 orders will be accepted since the new model has not been made public yet. I have a deposit on a 2025 so as soon as I hear something I will let everyone know; however, odds are someone here will find out much earlier!

I think the order guides come out first before order banks do? Hoping to get one of the first 25’s at my dealer.

My pure guess:
Last 2024’s delivered in March/April
Eaton posts order guide in May
Allocations start June
First build July/August
Cars sit at port for 3 months awaiting EPA certification and thus board goes nuts waiting (lol)
First delivery December

New orders are closed. Sounds like you have an existing allocation. Your dealer can tell you when the car is scheduled to be built. It will be a 2024

Hopefully it will have USB C ports like lesser vehicles. My iPhone 15 Pro worked great in the Durango I rented to go pick up the new 2024 G63. I had to use a USB A to USB C connector on my cord so that it would plug in on the G63 and the phone would switch in and out of charging/not charging every 5 seconds or so, and it would never sync up.

Let’s dream bigger. USB C would of course be nice but wireless CarPlay and wireless charging would be more than welcome as well.

What!? That’s not there either! Shoot. I’ve only spent 10-minutes in the car thus far. It’s off having PPF and ceramic coating applied. Will have it back in a week.
