Absolutely. That was the other color combo I had considered. I think the tips look dramatically better now comparatively.

Thanks for posting. It works very well with the color of your car. I’m just wondering how it’s going to look with Monza Grey Magno.
What color are your running boards and exhaust? My sales person is saying I can’t option them in black like CraigB did.
Any chance you can take some more pictures so we could see more angles? To my knowledge you’re the first with the Dark Chrome Pack I’ve seen.

I was going to order Obsidian Black, but they wanted $1200 extra to paint the roof obsidian black. I decided to go with my first choice of hyper blue Magno instead.

Mercedes really needs to get their act together. My order process has become such a mess. I can’t option the Performance Pack because of the suspension (A22) which seems to have a conflict due to availability. I am now also unable to select the RG4 Cross spoke wheels. How is it even possible to not be able to spec the wheels?
I was unable to option the black exhaust or running boards as well. I’m debating eliminating the Monza Grey and just going with Obsidian Black so I can black the car out with the Night Pack Plus and everything being the same color.
Seems like many on this forum are trying to black their cars out but would prefer to not have the black bumpers and wheel arches but there’s no way to do it. You would think MB would pick up on this and open it as an option.

mine is supposed to not have the black bumper and black wheel arches. I ordered the performance package with the new 22” wheels. I posted my order on the forum a few months ago. I ordered dark chrome with black running boards and black exhaust tips. I know they’ve had a lot of supply issues. I agree, it’s ridiculous for the price of the vehicle. I wanted the exterior carbon fiber, but couldn’t get the black running boards and black exhaust tips, so I didn’t order it.
Theres obviously a way to do it but I think it’s beyond the understanding of your average SA.
Yours should be delivered soon right? I’m looking forward to seeing it.

I sent your build sheet to my SA and he was baffled how you added the boards and exhaust a la carte. I’m tempted to call MB USA customer service and see if I can get any guidance.

Just tried the G63 configurator on MBUSA tonight. A bit buggy and no performance package that I saw but was able to build to my spec minus performance package.

Don't be surprised if some of the options come back as "not available" as it gets closer to production. I've seen this happen before. It wont be "official" until it hits the production line.
