Driver Door Stuck
Recently my G63 has been giving me trouble, after unlocking the car with the key fob, When I try to open the door it opens but gets stuck and there is no way of opening from the outside, I have to get in the backseat and pull the handle from the inside

Have this happened to any? Is there any known fix?

Sounds like a bad door handle or bad latch/lock mechanism. Hopefully still under warranty as these door handles are very expensive!!!

What year is your G?

I bought it December 2022 so its either 2022 or 2023, Still under warranty

no, I had a 21, 24 and now a 25. Have you contacted the service department at the dealership?
