Wheels: This was the priciest mod of all because I could not find a pair of used G63 wheels that were silver with matte black inserts, so I had to go with brand new ones. I found a vendor in Latvia (vendor name: mercteil.com) that had them and they shipped them direct within a few weeks. They were delivered by freight and well packaged in a large stack. I think the matte black inserts on the silver cross spoke wheels matches the car perfectly and I have a soft spot for that design since my AMG GTS has the same style rims.
Wheel part number: A46340120007X36
I also had to purchase the center hubcaps with the black center Mercedes logo. The vendor (Mercteil) added them to my order (unfortunately I do not have the part numbers). Lastly, I did not have to purchase new tire pressure monitors and was able to keep the existing ones that were already on the car.
Tires: I chose Pirelli Scorpion AS Plus 3, size 285/45 R22. My concerns equipping the car with 22 inch wheels were ride quality and rubbing. Glad to say neither were an issue. I decided to forfeit a little tire width by not going with the standard 295/40 R22 that comes stock on the G63, but the 285s are plenty wide in appearance in my opinion. I have zero rubbing when doing a full turn. The extra side wall (45 vs. 40) made any change in ride quality unnoticeable and possibly even better than the stock tires on the 20 inch set up because of the tire selection which rates very high on ride quality and noise on tire rack.

I decided I didn’t love the brush bar and the stock G550 bumper, so I removed the brush bar and added an original Mercedes G63 front bumper. Luckily I was able to purchase one off ebay that was already painted in designo night black magno so the match was perfect with the rest of the car. The G63 bumper is a little wider and lower than the G550 one, so the front side fender flares also needed to be replaced and the guy who sold me the bumper also had the fender flares. To fully install the bumper I also needed to buy two inner wheel arch covers that I bought direct from Mercedes. Lastly, I needed to buy the brush bar trim covers (to cover the holes where the brush bar would have gone on the G63 model). I also decided I wanted the lower lip to pop more than the matte black one, so I ordered the matte chrome colored one from Mercedes. I considered changing the grill to the G63 look, but in the end, the car is a G550 and I didn’t want to pretend it was something it wasn’t. I think the G550 grill works really well with the G63 sport bumper and I’m pleased with the look.
Black Cover Bumper trim pieces (to cover the opening where the brush bar would go): A463-885-17-02 and A463-885-18-02. I bought these from gwagenparts.com since my local Mercedes benz dealership couldn’t find them in the US.
Bottom matte chrome lip on front bumper (longer piece): 463-885-29-02
Bottom matte chrome lip tow cover (shorter piece): 463-885-11-02
Inner wheel arch covering: 463-884-27-00
Inner wheel arch covering: 463-884-28-00

I wanted a little more contrast in the back and decided to add some silver trim pieces, so I replaced the assembly plate on the rear tire cover and the two rear bumper cover trim pieces on either side of the license plate.
Silver assembly plate on spare tire cover: 463-890-66-00
Silver bumper trim covers: A4638857002, A4638856902
Silver Side trim molding:
Probably the easiest modification and one I did myself. I purchased a roll of ½ inch silver vinyl pinstriping tape and taped pieces of it on top of the existing mouldings and it adhered to it perfectly. I used a box cutter to cut the end pieces once applied. I bought the 3M 50 Silver Gloss Vinyl pinstriping tape off amazon.

1. G550 Non-AMG line: Fender flares match the width of the G550 bumper and running boards.
2. G550 AMG line: Fender flares are extended at the top and taper in to meet the bumper and running board. (first pic in this thread)
3. G63: Extended width fender flares that only taper on the running board side (second pic)
in proportion. Here is a pic from the side that will give you a better perspective.

If you haven't sold the blinkers yet, are you interested in selling the front blinkers? I'm assuming they are exactly the same as on my G63? My Copper Orange Magno came with the smoked turn signals.

I think it is possible after seeing your post since you only switched out the bumper and fenders to fit it
Do you know If i could switch out the G450D w465 Bumper with a aftermarket G63 w465 bumper?
Also was swapping the bumper a hard process, could you maybe tell me how difficult it was and step by step how I can do it to make sure it will fit
Thanks
