Problem with Mercedes Dashcam App

The Mercedes dash cam app keeps displaying an error stating that the media is too slow, and the recording stops. We are currently using a SanDisk 512GB Ultra Dual Drive Go USB Type-C Flash Drive.

Should we consider replacing the USB-C drive, or might it just need to be formatted differently? If anyone has encountered this issue or has suggestions for resolving it, please let us know.

This is what my dealership recommended. I got a more compact version. Mine is working, took the tech guy and a salesman to get it working.

Recommend getting a usb drive/sd card that specifically states high endurance and/or dashcam use. Like samsung high endurance sd cards.

Thanks, I purchased a card with a much faster read/write speed.
