Just did a race start and I’m happy to inform it went flawlessly and was a lot quicker than I was expecting! Also the way the truck twists up from the torque is hilarious. Must have been a stuck caliper before

nice glad to hear you enjoyed it, told you it was the stuck brake pad

Must have been, I’ve obviously had stuck brake pads before from parking after a good rain, but wow, if they stick while launching it’s a scary f’n noise!!
BTW, the truck has no business being that fast, race start is ridiculous on a G63, love it!!

You can tell how much torque and power the G 63 have and how much force it puts on launching. Imagine a beast being let loose.

Totally, the truck literally feels like it’s twisting its frame while building boost. It’s hilarious how the front left rises up and the rear right dips down from the torque.
I’ve owned some insanely fast cars, but there’s something about launching a 5,800 pound truck that makes it feel so much faster than it is…4 seconds is insane when you think about what you’re launching. It’s not just the weight, it’s also the fact it’s one of the most capable off roaders there is. Change the tires and climb a mountain, change them back and do 0-60 in 4 seconds. What a machine!!
