If the Gs had airbag suspension, I'd say they're almost perfect as is... My only other wish is to have the old steering wheel controls from the 2024s on the 2025s and above, otherwise I'm still quite satisfied.

 

I ordered mine in Manufaktur Deep Green. I always loved that color and I feel like it looks great on the G. My dealer told me I have 2-3 weeks to make changes on it. I went with the AMG night package plus, but I feel like I should've went with the regular night package now. Any insight lol? I got the mono block wheels, and roof in black. Worried the bumpers and wheel arches in black will be too much.

 

On deep green it won't be as obvious. Night package plus is polarizing though--people either like/love it or hate it.

Initially I was not a fan but I've had two vehicles with it--neither that I ordered and it grew on me. I wouldn't spec one with it though.

In my opinion you pay $6500 for deep green, you should have as much of that vehicle be deep green. Obsidian black is a free color why pay money to make more of the car black lol.

Aside from the Matte Carbon Fiber trim which Craig B mentioned (option code VA7) and Aqua Mint paint which ketjupiter and Hodog16 referenced (code 341), also noticed a new option named Manufaktur Two-Finish Package, which is option code DB8 (shown at the bottom of page 12 of the 2027 order guide).

Will be interested to see more information on this, plus example photos. Curious if this will let customers specify different upper and lower body paint colors, along the lines of the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class, GLS, and EQS SUV.

 

It appears that matte carbon fiber trim is not available with carbon fiber steering wheel (L6H).

 

I'm done with magno paints, but olive magno from EU is now a US option!!! Super cool. Bad *** military spec. Does any part of the 27 order guide summarize the new changes to see?

 

I think that color has been available for a while in the US market. I’ve seen a bunch of 25’s and 26’s with it.

 

^ different than dark olive magno which I've owned, but pure olive green magno

 

This is exactly what I am planning to order - the Deep Green and likely the Night Package Plus because I just like the black trim. I am trying to figure out interior, as I know saddle is typical with the greens, but I may do the darker red, the Bengal. Not sure yet.... I am still trying to negotiate with the dealership and figure it out.

 

I may do deep green and Catalina beige since I’ve had saddle twice.

i have bengal now and it’s great with black but may look odd with the deep green exterior.

 

I looked at that as well, seems to be a great combination. Yeah, I thought maybe Bengal or that bright red would be too much with the green exterior. My Land Cruiser is a saddle tera interior, so I wanted something different, but I need to think about t. As for trim, likely the Zen wood again or the traditional one,,,, I am weird, I don;t like carbon fiber or piano black look at all.

VERY nice.... I have Tartufo brown now and love it - very nice color. I may end up doing that again or the Espresso.

 

I removed the night package plus today and I am going with the "regular" night package. Dealer told me my build should lock within 2 weeks. Not sure what this means with Mercedes "only ordered Porsches and Audis from Germany" but he's thinking late summer delivery. Would be cool to have it before fall.

Was also told I have about another week to make any changes. I have deep green right now, but the more I see olive magno, the more I like it. Such a hard choice lol
