Finally can control climate!!! Was honestly not sure why that was not included. This is huge for me especially for winter weather.

 

Finally… this just caused me to reactivate my MBZ remote connect services as I let it lapse a few months ago.

 

I just tried and I have a temperature set option but it reads zone inactive I am assuming that is because my climate control is off.

I agree a very welcome feature. It appears you can control both the driver and passenger.

 

Where are these options located? I don't see them in the mercedes-Benz app...

 

Open the app and press on the 4 small rectangles. Scroll down to engine start Right above STOP START will be temperature - press on the arrow to set

 

What model year? My 2024 G63 doesn't have this option, but then it doesn't have start/stop either.

 

I have it on my 2026 as part of the "Mercedes-Benz Connect" package including remote vehicle finding, theft detection, etc. The remote start is only good for 12 months before you have to sign up for a subscription.

 

That's ridiculous that they are charging it as a subscription. SMH, everting is a subscription these days...
