I am preparing to replace brake pads of 2022 G63 and on the internet vendors I am seeing the following caveat:

For cars with AMG Brake Calipers (Code BS1, or BS2).
versus
For cars with (Code AO1, PL1, X9, X20, or X21).

I can't find any additional information on where to find this code, or what the code actually refer to.

Does anyone have any insight into the differences and where to find what code my car falls under?
